Facilitation
Organizations face hundreds of decisions in the course of their existence, most of them accomplished by individuals making informed choices. However, occasions can arise when important decisions require clear understanding and buy-in from a group of key individuals in order to achieve success, or when there is an impasse that requires the help of an outside person to reach that critical decision.
This is where facilitation can be productive. Eric Halter’s goal as facilitator is to guide participants through a structured session or sessions, allowing them to reach results that are created, understood, and most importantly accepted by all.
